Easy access via M40, A46, and A4177 from Birmingham and the West Midlands.

For Sat Nav: Closest postcode is CV35 8XA – but we’re located a little further along in open countryside.

Once in the area, follow the brown tourism signs for ‘Hatton Country World’.

As you approach, look out for the BLUE signs with arrows marked ‘Hatton Tulip Farm’.

Be sure to find the correct entrance – the Tulip Farm IS NOT at Hatton Country World’s main site.

Nearest Train Station: Warwick Parkway

From Warwick Parkway, it’s a short taxi ride (approximately 10 minutes) to Hatton SITE B TULIP FIELDS (previously known as Hatton Maize Maze).

Alternatively, for those arriving at Warwick or Leamington Spa stations, taxis are also available, with the journey taking around 15–20 minutes.


PLEASE DO NOT direct your taxi to Hatton Site A – Adventure World or Shopping Village, as this is a different location.

From Birmingham Airport, Hatton SITE B TULIP FIELDS (previously known as Hatton Maize Maze) is approximately a 25-minute taxi ride.

Ask your driver to take you to Hatton SITE B TULIP FIELDS (previously known as Hatton Maize Maze).


IMPORTANT: Clearly specify SITE B – DO NOT let your driver drop you at Hatton Site A (Adventure World or Shopping Village), as this is a different location.
